Important Information for Fragrance Orders
Perfumes are classified as dangerous goods due to alcohol content and are shipped in accordance with Australian postal regulations.
As a result:
• Some shipping methods may not be available
• Express options may be limited depending on location
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
• Lost or delayed parcels due to address errors
If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos (if damaged)
