Refund policy

At Earth of Goddess, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Products must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, bath, and perfume products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
